How long will it take to get my order?
Since every piece is custom-made just for you, we usually take 5–7 business days to create it, plus standard shipping time. We’ll send tracking as soon as it ships, so you’ll always know where your fit’s at.
What if I need to return or change my order?
Since everything’s made-to-order, custom items aren’t returnable, unless there’s a defect or mistake on our end. But if you ordered the wrong size or need help fixing something, just hit us up, we’ll work with you to sort it out.
How do I know my size?
We got you! There’s a size chart on every product page — check it before adding to cart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for that comfy relaxed fit. (No one likes a tight hoodie)

How do I take care of my custom embroidery?
Gentle wash inside out, cold water, no harsh detergents. Avoid direct ironing on embroidery. Treat it like a softie.
